To be part of Brightside Assist Community, you must have or be willing to obtain the following documentation and checks:

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Current Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
Manual Handling
Compassionate personality
Personal and Professional Integrity
Minimum Certificate III in Disability Support Services or equivalent
Experience working within the disability sector or experience in working with and supporting individuals deemed as having significant complexity in their lives.
